Established in 2017 as a 501c3 non-profit entity, the Guide Right Achievement Development Foundation (GRAD Foundation) is a beacon of empowerment. Rooted in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley, our mission centers on equipping the forthcoming leaders with the essential tools and resources needed to enact meaningful change within their communities.

Board of Directors
Who We Are
Anthony Lee
President
Anthony D. Lee is currently a Senior Vice President of Investments with Wedbush Securities incorporated. With over 25 years of experience in the securities industry. Anthony's mission is to help his clients create a customized road map that will ensure they achieve their financial goals. By utilizing his process of implementing and consistently reviewing their plans, his clients will feel confident about reaching their financial goals.

Anthony has been married for over 28 years to his wife, Bridgett, and has two sons, Brandyn and Austyn. Anthony has coached and mentored kids in Santa Clarita and San Fernanda Valley for over 17 years. He currently serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Penny Lane Centers. He has also served as the Director of the San Fernando - Santa Clarita Kappa League during the initial 5 years.

Anthony is a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University. He enjoys cycling, golfing, reading and mentoring young men.
Frank Long
Treasurer
Frank Long has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years holding several key positions with various manufacturers. During his career, he has worked with companies such as General Motors, Daimler-Chrysler Corp., ADESSA, and Nissan North America. Currently, he is employed by Nissan North America as the West Region-Financial Services Manager. In this position, he manages a $300 Million portfolio and oversees a dealer network of over 100 dealers.

Mr. Long is a graduate of Grambling State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing. In addition, he holds a MBA from Woodbury University and a Certificate in Executive Management from Harvard University. Frank resides in Thousand Oaks, CA with his wife of 26 years and two sons, who both are pursuing their degrees at North Carolina A&T State University. He enjoys cooking, golf, traveling, politics, and music.
Chrisitan Pierce
Secretary
Mr. Pierce has over 28 years experience in the industrial manufacturing space. He has successfully led several key sales teams in the growth initiatives of every company in which he has worked. He is currently the North American Business Development Manager to OEM Markets for Ingersoll Rand Company.

Mr. Pierce has a long history of mentorship and guidance with young people, beginning with the Chicago Cabrini Green Tutor Mentorship Program, the Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois and several other programs within the communities where he has resided.
​
Mr. Pierce is an alumnus of Michigan State University and lives in Woodland Hills, CA with his wife Gina, of 33 years. They have two sons: Christian, a graduate of the University of Arizona and Jordan a graduate of Cal Lutheran University and the University of San Francisco Masters Program. Mr. Pierce enjoys spending time with his family, traveling abroad, sailing, several sports, music and art.
President's Message
On behalf of our Executive Officers, I’d like to thank you for visiting the Guide Right Achievement Development Foundation website. We’re extremely proud of the resources we have been able to provide in support of the communities in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley.

Our Foundation was established in 2017 as a non-profit, tax-exempt, publicly supported organization to support community-based programs. These programs include the Youth Leadership Development Program, Scholarship Program, Community Service Program, STEM Program, and Financial Literacy Program.
​
We are excited about doing more work for the communities in which we live and work. We are fully committed to providing our youth with the necessary skills and resources to become the Leaders of Tomorrow despite the challenges that may confront them. We are looking for Corporations, Foundations, and individuals who share our mission to build a better community through education, training, and financial support.
